If this were a perfect world, we'd be meeting for the first time at one of my favorite local coffee shops, The Press, and I'd definitely be ordering an iced banana bread latte with oat milk (the best iced coffee you'll ever have... you're just going to have to trust me on that).

But since this isn't a perfect world, I guess meeting through a website with a cup of coffee freshly brewed from a Keurig will have to do... for now.

Hi, I'm Mary, and I'm so happy you're here.

I know these website bios are usually a bit of a snooze fest, and let's be honest... you're probably here for the houses (and maybe a little decor inspiration). But I did want to introduce myself so you could put a personality behind the name.

I've always been someone who notices the little things.

The charm of an old front porch.

A home that's been loved for generations.

Fresh flowers on the kitchen counter…especially the ones you've picked from a garden you worked so hard to grow.

The quiet beauty of an old oak tree that's been standing long before any of us arrived.

I'm the person who slows down to admire an old farmhouse, wanders antique stores just to see what stories they hold, and I am always doing some sort of project around the house, much to my husbands chagrin.

I also love the quiet of the countryside just as much as I love being near the water, which is probably why From Coastlines to Country Roads felt like a fitting tagline…because it feels like home.

The older I've gotten, the more I've realized the best parts of life are usually the quiet ones that most people take for granted. I’ve spent this past year prioritizing my health and living more intentionally which has reminded me that a beautiful life isn't built all at once, but is created one ordinary day at a time.

Maybe that's why I was drawn to real estate and homes.

Not because they're perfect…but because they quietly hold our stories and all of the memories we make inside of them, both good and bad.

Our homes are so much more than just four walls built onto a concrete slab.

Our homes represent fresh starts, growing families, the excitement of being carried through the threshold on your wedding night, or the memories made around kitchen tables and on front porches.

Every home becomes part of someone's story, and helping people find the place where their next chapter begins is one of the greatest privileges of what I get to do.

I grew up believing that hard work matters, your word matters, and people deserve someone they can trust. Those values guide both my life and the way I serve my clients.

You may have already noticed this isn't your typical real estate website…

That was intentional.

I wanted to create a place that feels less like a business and more like a conversation. A place where we can appreciate beautiful homes, thoughtful design, local favorites, and the simple moments that make a house feel like home.

I truly believe that home isn't just where we live... it's how we live.
